What is our order processing time?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 days of the placement of your order.

When is tracking information is available?

Tracking information is available within 2-4 days after your order is shipped to you.

What is our order tracking system?

Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Who is responsible for shipping charges of returns?

The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (i.e. mistake on the requested model) will provide 100% full refund.

What are the rules for returns?

Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered. No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.
